What does commitment mean to you?
Have you ever ...
-
been torn between wanting to choose someone fully and wanting to keep the door open to explore what else might be possible?
-
felt that keeping your options open can seem more free, exciting, or alive than committing to one person?
-
wondered how you actually know whether someone is the person you want to build a life with?
-
wondered when difficulty in a relationship is a sign that something is wrong — and when it is something to work through?
-
wondered why a long-term relationship can feel so different from the freedom and romance of the beginning?
-
questioned the point of choosing someone for life when neither of you can know who you will become?

The Journey
Duration: 6 months
Format: Online
Sessions: Every two weeks
What Others Say
" I was amazed how a group of individuals who had never met each other managed to shed their masks so quickly and evoke transformation in themselves with so much heart and resonance. These two qualities clearly emanated from Lila and Thomas' deep, soulful sharings. It evoked a wave of insight and breakthroughs in me (and the group) that was beautiful and awe-inspiring to witness. I left our session with a practical, embodied understanding of how to apply the art of manifestation."
— Alex MacDonald

Meet Lila and Thomas.
Lila and Thomas are partners in life and creation. They met in India after each had followed a deep inner calling and intuitively stepped away from their former lives to enter the unknown.
Since then, they have been journeying together; both in the outer world, traveling for years and studying with teachers and masters across disciplines ranging from dance and embodiment to spiritual traditions and inner work; and in their inner world, exploring the depth and truth of relating.
Their work is devoted to guiding people back to their soul, to who they truly are, and to supporting the manifestation of life from that place. They explore how inner shifts can shape new realities, individually and collectively.
Their shared devotion to meeting people in their true self gave birth to the project Steps to Soul.
