Discover the Body of Art
Each film of the Steps to Soul cinematic dance series is a poetic embodiment of a phase in the soul’s evolution, inspired by our union and spiritual journey. The series aims to remind audiences of the sacredness of love and the human capacity to shape reality from within, using movement as both storytelling and transmission, and as a mirror for inner transformation.
We met dancing and started creating together within the first few days. We performed our first duet within two weeks of meeting. We filmed this duet and called this first creation "One". Little did we know that this were the first steps of what would become a sacred union, giving birth to Steps to Soul.

Meet Lila and Thomas.
Lila and Thomas are partners in life and creation. They met in India after each had followed a deep inner calling and intuitively stepped away from their former lives to enter the unknown.
Since then, they have been journeying together; both in the outer world, traveling for years and studying with teachers and masters across disciplines ranging from dance and embodiment to spiritual traditions and inner work; and in their inner world, exploring the depth and truth of relating.
Their work is devoted to guiding people back to their soul, to who they truly are, and to supporting the manifestation of life from that place. They explore how inner shifts can shape new realities, individually and collectively.
Their shared devotion to meeting people in their true self gave birth to the project Steps to Soul.
