For a shared inquiry that opens presence, depth, and connection in your spaces.

Talks, dialogues, workshops, and performances offered in festivals, cultural spaces, and gatherings.

Ways to invite us

We offer a range of performances, conversations, and workshops that explore intimacy, relating, and inner transformation.

Each experience invites participants to reflect, connect, and explore the deeper dimensions of human experience to shift their relationship to life.

Format: Dance Performance & Audience Conversation.
Duration: 1–2h.

Mirrors

This experience begins with a live dance performance of our piece Mirrors, followed by an interactive conversation about relating.

Mirrors is inspired by the deep journey of connection we have gone through together, a path that confronted us with our deepest layers and became a powerful catalyst for transformation and growth.

Through dance and embodied storytelling, the piece explores how intimacy and commitment mirror our inner world and invite us to meet parts of ourselves we might otherwise avoid.

The conversation that follows opens a dialogue with the audience about relating, commitment, and the freedom that can emerge when we dare to truly meet ourselves through another human being.

Soul Conversations

Format: Interactive Workshop & Guided Conversation.
Duration: 2–3h.

Soul Conversations is a facilitated space where participants are invited to move beyond surface interaction and enter into deeper, more authentic dialogue.

Through guided questions and shared reflections, we open a field where people can explore the realities of relating, personal growth, and the inner journeys we rarely speak about openly. Here we leave our masks aside to meet the power of intimacy in conversation and experience the nourishment of meeting beyond identities.

These gatherings create a refreshing atmosphere of connection, where conversations become a catalyst for insight, transformation, and a deeper sense of shared humanity.

Creation From the Inside Out

Format: Interactive Talk & Dialogue.
Duration: 2-3h.

This interactive talk explores the relationship between inner transformation and the realities we create in the outer world.

Drawing from our own journeys of personal exploration and creative work, we share how expanding the edges of our inner world can unlock new possibilities for expression, leadership, and meaningful creation.

Through stories, reflections, and dialogue with the audience, we explore the often nonlinear nature of growth, and how inner shifts can significantly reshape the direction of our lives, our work, and the impact we have in the world.

The conversation invites participants to reflect on their own vision and creative, professional or personal path and the ways inner exploration can open new horizons for what they bring into the world.

Bring this work to your community

If you feel that one of these offerings could resonate with your festival, gathering, or community, we would love to hear from you.

We are always open to exploring new spaces where these conversations, performances, and experiences can unfold.

Meet Lila and Thomas.

Lila and Thomas are partners in life and creation. They met in India after each had followed a deep inner calling and intuitively stepped away from their former lives to enter the unknown.

Since then, they have been journeying together; both in the outer world, traveling for years and studying with teachers and masters across disciplines ranging from dance and embodiment to spiritual traditions and inner work; and in their inner world, exploring the depth and truth of relating.

Their work is devoted to guiding people back to their soul, to who they truly are, and to supporting the manifestation of life from that place. They explore how inner shifts can shape new realities, individually and collectively.

Their shared devotion to meeting people in their true self gave birth to the project Steps to Soul.
